Bella Sirena Rules and Regulations

Welcome to Bella Sirena. We are pleased to have you as our guest and hope that you will respect these Rules and Regulations, which have been provided for the convenience and enjoyment of all our guests. Please note that rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and that all Bella Sirena Rules and Regulations, as well as Mexican Law, will be strictly enforced. Violators may be subject to eviction from the premises and/or forfeit all monies paid.

Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The Central Pool (closest to the beach) is open from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Appropriate pool attire is required at all times, and lewd or inappropriate behavior is not permitted. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time, and parents or guardians are responsible for their children. Renters are not allowed to bring coolers to the pool areas. Nudism is not allowed, and wearing swimsuits is mandatory. Only synthetic UV-protection t-shirts are permitted.

In order to ensure the quiet enjoyment and rest of all residents and renters, there is a curfew for loud music and parties, as well as general noise, from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. After 9:30 PM, security will intervene. Television sets, radios, and stereos should be played at a low volume so that they can only be heard within each exclusive property and do not disturb others. Mexican law prohibits the possession of firearms and fireworks.

Glass containers, thermos, and ice chests are not allowed around the pools or gym. Headphones are required for any music played in common areas. Please be considerate and do not "reserve" palapas and lounge chairs by placing objects on them if you are not using them. Unattended items left for an unreasonable amount of time may be removed by security personnel to allow others to use the lounge chairs. This is particularly important during our busiest times when occupancy is high.
